How Does An “Instructor Account” differ from a student account?
• An “Instructor account” allows your uploads to be prioritized and identified as “Instructor Koofers”
• All other functionality is identical to “student” accounts
Additional Terms of Use for “Instructor Accounts”
The following Additional Terms and Conditions apply to all members requesting an “Instructor Account” and are incorporated into the existing agreement between you and koofers.com.
Eligibility (“Instructor Accounts”)
By requesting a Koofers.com Instructor Account, you represent and warrant that (a) you are CURRENTLY employed by the University identified in your account as an Instructor; and (b) all registration information you submit or have submitted is truthful and accurate. Koofers.com reserves the right to contact you, the university, or any other party necessary to verify your status as an instructor. ANY ATTEMPT TO IMPERSONATE AN INSTRUCTOR OR OBTAIN AN INSTRUCTOR ACCOUNT BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A LEGITIMATE INSTRUCTOR (as identified by the Terms above and any applicable university policies) IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF KOOFERS.COM POLICY AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF UNIVERSITY POLICIES AS WELL.
Member Posting on the Website (“Instructor Accounts”)
By obtaining a Koofers.com Instructor Account, you represent and warrant that (a) you understand that your uploaded materials will be identified to the koofers.com community as “Instructor Uploaded;” and (b) you will LIMIT your uploads of “koofer” materials to those subjects and courses for which you are a current instructor. ANY attempt by and “instructor account” holder to upload materials to subjects and courses for which they are NOT a current instructor is a direct violation of Koofers.com policies and may be a violation of university policies as well.
Member Conduct (“Instructor Accounts”)
Koofers.com respects the privacy of ALL members. By requesting a Koofers.com Instructor Account, you agree NOT to use the Service or Website for any collection of data regarding other users activity including, but not limited to any user’s (or group of users’) logins, usage, uploads, downloads, ratings, postings, etc. Koofers.com does not provide information regarding our members’ use of this website to anyone.
If you violate ANY of the ABOVE Terms & Conditions, We WILL terminate your account AND reserve the right to notify the appropriate university of the violation(s).
