Mr. Alfonsi has genuine empathy for his students, At the beginning of each semester he polls his students on their career goals. At the end of the semester he finds a way to match up my interests with a real work experience, Mr, Alfonsi is more like a career coach, He has insider knowledge that he shares with us at DCCC. He is the best.

Ben asks each student to fill out a bio then finds something related to technology and networking for each student. He gears lectures around what we are actually doing in life, at work, or in other computer classes. He makes very hard computer network topcs seem easy the way he breaks down the material. Good teacher

Pros: Mr. Alfonsi is a good teacher. He cares about all his students and always to find something interesting for them. Even if they don't like computers. He never puts his students down and always takes time to answer all questions. Good teacher

Ben takes a personal interest seeing that his students are capable of succeding in the networking field. He always uses real-world topics to explain hard technical ideas so that everything is a lot more interesting and clearer
