The only negative comment is the speech impairment , but you get use to it. He's a good teacher, you can easily pass the class without ever opening the text book. If you pay attention in class, pint the notes annotate and do all the online homework you should easily get at least a B. So just IMAGEN if you read the book and study you WILL GET AN A!

Pros: I-clicker points for Extra Credit.

In-class group assignments.

Posts all slides online.

Holds a review session before every exam which really helped for studying.

Cons: Stutters

Lectures are boring.

Jumps around in the book.

Overall, he tests you on the material. He isnt trying to trick you and he provides old exams to practice on. He even takes questions from them and uses them on the exam as well. He is a really nice and is willing to help you at any time. He is definitely better at teaching Bio2 than Bio2 Lab.

Pros: Posts all slides online.

Labs arent that hard.

No worksheets.

TA's are very helpful.

I-clicker points for Extra Credit.

Cons: Lectures are boring.

Lecture and Lab can sometimes contradict themselves.

Tests are hard.

Lab quizes are difficult

Practicals arent easy.
Overall, class is pretty difficult. Not unexpected. But Dr. Dixon isnt that bad of a professor.

Pros: He's a great teacher. He knows his material very well and is willing to help if there are any problems. He is very fair on his work- including his tests.
Cons: A minor speech impediment makes him a little hard to understand at times, but it is rare.

Pros: Knows what he is talking about.
Cons: Has a stutter. Very hard to understand.
I don't recommend him. Nice guy, good teacher, but it's hard to pay attention to anything else but his stutter.
