Pros: Nice, and is always available. Does the best she can with the material.
Cons: Accounting isn't fun, but that's not her fault.
She does the best with the material she has, and I walked out with a better understanding of the material than my friends at other business schools.

The book isn't used, however the course packet is. The class is hard in general. Did not like Anna that much as a teacher.
