PRINCIPLES OF CHEMISTRY AND BIOCHEMISTRY I

Pros: Keeps subject interesting

Always available for consultation

Can be very funny in lectures
Cons: Difficult class
She is without a doubt the best chemistry professor I've ever had. She's clear and concise about everything and makes a hard subject easy to understand and grasp. I also sat next to her during one lecture with a different professor, and she cracked me up the entire time!

ORGANIC CHEMISTRY LABORATORY 1

Pros: Enthusiastic, tries to make the class enjoyable.
Cons: Repeats things over and over, pulls out hard questions on the exams, blames the students for not being prepared enough and actually yelled at a student for asking for an explanation about material on the test.
Comes off easy-going and fun in the beginning of class, but as time goes on, you will come to hate going to this class.

ORGANIC CHEMISTRY 1 LECTURES

Pros: Clear, fair, gives good practice exams, good practice quizes, and enough information that I didn't read the book once and got an A. She is as fair as organic can get. Great teacher, simplifies material
Cons: Sometimes questions will catch you off guard. Course is still hard

Pros: LOVE Dr. Reck. She always is willing to repeat an idea until you understand.
Cons: She will def. make you work for the answers, no milking her for answers.
