I love this professor and I love her classes. She is extremely funny and enthusiastic about what she teaches. She uses real life situations to implant information. Although the chapters of the book are fairly long, they help on her tests. The tests are fairly numbered with 85 questions so it's just enough that you get an A if you really deserve it, rather than missing a few questions and failing. Also, if she sees one or two questions on her exams were missed by most of the class, she won't count it and give back the point.

Best teacher ever. She's so enthusiastic about psychology, you'll be truly interested. Or entertained, at least, because she tells a lot of fun stories. Seriously, the best professor at JMU, hands down.

Pros: A lot of dialogue and anecdotal use. Takes things very slow and makes sure the material is understandable.
Cons: Because of how comfortable the class is, people contribute a lot of stories that are completely annoying and irrelevant. This makes it difficult for her to stay on track and finish chapters on time- which CAN be a pro, but for me is just annoying.
Fun, energetic, and interesting. A GREAT class.
