HIST 2055
US TO 1865
5*****
Pros: Puts up an outline and works his way through each class. Notes are easy to take. Class is fast paced enough to stay interested. He's rather funny also, excellent person, excellent historian.
Cons: Tests are all essay, but let's face it folks, that's actually more helpful in a history class. The three books he assigns throughout the year are by far the most difficult, but that's just laziness.
Take this course!

Dr. Rob never gives anything other than his two exams and then a final at the end of the semester. The key to doing well in his class is GOING TO CLASS. He's super enthusiastic when he lectures so if you only get notes from a site like this, don't expect the highest grade. Great guy, works well with most of his students. I'd recommend him any day.

Don't need the textbooks, but good idea to read the assigned books. If you pay attention in class you do not need to study much for the exams.
