Pros: Tests are pretty easy if you study the notes, but studying the book will make them even easier. Daily quizzes done mostly for attendence purposes (he only counts your top ten quizzes). He really makes an effort to be there when you need to ask him a question. He practically begged us to come to his study sessions and was very helpful to those that did.
Cons: Only con I can think of is that his class doesn't prepare you that well for 1202. Most 1202 teachers do not post their notes on moodle like he does so while you can get away with not taking notes in his class, the next semester's class will not have that luxury

Sheldon is a really awesome teacher. He knows you're just trying to make an A in the least painful way possible. He's really funny and knows his stuff. The class is hard, don't get me wrong, but if you're having trouble with anything he will simplify it very well. He's definitely my favorite teacher this semester.

Pros: --GREATTT explainer; Easy to understand when he's teaching.

--Homework once a week, not too long

--Out of the many in-class quizzes and the online homework, he drops all but the highest 5 grades!! :D

--Most of test is from notes. He has PowerPoints on moodle, so it's easy-peasy. Reading book helps, but not necessary

--Posts grades on moodle quickly

--Office hours and help sessions are pretty frequent

Cons: --Tests are sorta hard, but if you know everything, you're good (there isn't much like synthesizing learned information)

Pros: he gives mastering biology but only grades 5 and quizzes every day but only grades 5 out of the year. He does 2 review sessions every week to make sure you get everything! very nice and pretty good notes
Cons: his tests can be tricky as with all biology and the final was pretty difficult BUT... overall hes the easiest professor from what I can gather from other students...

no extra points tough :(

He's a pretty good teacher. Doesn't know much about the subject outside what's in the book though.
