Pros: She's very enthusiastic, and tries to communicate a lot with the class. if you miss a quiz or exam she'll nearly always let you make it up, no matter what the reason is. she is very fair! She'll answer any question that is asked, and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll look it up and tell the class during the next lecture or put it on carmen.
