Pros: Weird, sometimes funny
Cons: Constantly makes mistakes on homework and some notes during lecture. Terrible hearing. Works problems too fast. Spends too much time talking about info not related to stat.
This should be a fairly easy class, but the professor taught the class very poorly and I ended up re-learning all the info a week before the final. There is one TA that does a very good job of teaching the subject, but it is only one TA and I did not have him.

Pros: He is sometimes funny, he loves his wife.
Cons: Very boring lectures. Not that great of a teacher.
If you pay attention in lectures/recitation and do the homework, the class should be pretty easy.

Cons: He doesn't really teach a lot in lectures...if you don't get a good TA you have a difficult time in the class

This is a mandatory class for a lot of colleges at Purdue so, if you have to take it, make sure you get a good recitation TA otherwise this class will be a disaster.
