Pros: -Engaging in lecture.

-Makes mythology concepts accessable to students.

-Clarifies why mythology is important and how it still impacts people today.

-Always prepared for lecture.

-Tests are easy.

-No outside reading is required.
Cons: -Big lecture hall setting.

-You must always attend lecture due to attendance sheets and since it covers everything that will be on his exams.
Great class! I wish I could take another with Dickson before I graduate. I have improved my understanding of mythology by leaps and bounds by taking this class. You learn a lot and it is stress free.

Pros: Very knowledgeable and is a great lecturer. Keeps you interested even though it's a big lecture.
Cons: Wasted money buying the book.
The exams are based SOLELY on lectures; no need to buy the book. Fun, easy class.

Cons: Quizzes are nit picky and he tries to trick you on them, by changing names of characters.
