great teacher, very knowledgeable. 2 big projects, but he gives plenty of time to complete them. no homework. He is very big on lecturing so if you don't read the textbook which he wrote himself then just take good notes during class. Exams are like any history class, extensive but he gives the essay questions--good strategy would be to team up with 2+ classmates and divy up the work to save to making review sheets - i would definitely take him again if i werent graduating
