Pros: Splendid teacher with great passion for subject and students. She has enormous depth and breadth of knowledge and shares it all with students. She is encouraging and supportive and exciting in the classroom. You will never be bored in her classes. She will help students learn more than what she offers in class if they ask for help. She treats students with great respect while giving very useful critiques of their work.

Cons: The only thing negative is that she doesn't always answer questions submitted by email for class, which is pretty minor as she will answer them in person if you ask her.

I strongly recommend you take any classes she offers. You will learn a huge amount and feel inspired by her teaching and enthusiasm. She is a rare species - a great teacher.
