Class is pretty boring but he is funny sometimes. Questions at the end of class make it really easy to get easy points and you get points for attendance too which help your grade.

Pros: Makes getting a good grade very easy. Gives lots of hints for exams, almost specifying questions that will be there on the exam. Allows a help sheet to be taken to the exam, which makes it really eary to get a good grade.
Cons: Apart from learning to use Excel, there is not much learning involved in this course. Class can get boring at times.
If you want an easy A grade I'd recommend this professor. But if you're in for learning stuff you should find someone else. There are 3 exams, 4 projects (making a website, making an excel spreadsheet, making an access database etc), and CPS quizzes and attendance checks at the end of the class. Quizzes are really easy, and most of the times he speaks out the answers.

Pros: He always works out the projects and assignments in class and if you bring your laptop you can follow along. For exams he tells you exactly what you should study. He also allows for you to create an exam aid sheet or a cheat sheet. If you pride yourself in making a great exam aid sheet, then you WILL get an A in this class.
Cons: He checks attendance and it's counted as extra credit. If you're absent you miss out on points but if you're there, you get points. Depends on what you want.

Pros: It was easy. Test questions come straight from the in class quizzes
Cons: This was the most boring class I have ever taken. He dims the lights in class and I was asleep or zoned out the whole time. He has a monotoned voice that gives me no enthusiasm to come to class.

Pros: Lots of extra credit, if you go to class. Explains every project pretty well. Very easy to talk to in Office Hours
Cons: The tests are not easy, lots of busy work
Good prof, but to get an A you've gotta really bust your ass

Pros: He's funny, lets you use a cheat sheet for the exam, enthusiastic, lets class out early a lot.
Cons: he talks fast when explaining projects, doesn't really take into consideration Mac users, and takes attendance..

Cons: dont like the class or the teacher. he rambles on and on. quizzes everyday in class so you have to go even though it is pointless..
