Read the book. He wrote the book so if you read it and sort of pay attention in lectures you probably will do pretty fine. Read the book at least twice, if not more.

Everyone sleeps in his class. The subject material is pretty boring but he tries his best to make it interesting. I can't say he's very good at it but watching him try is entertaining. His tests are worth more each time. There are only 3 tests and the final is not comprehensive. Notes are extremely easy to follow. Write down what he has on the projector then add to it. He wrote the book so the notes are right on track with it. Read the book and study the notes and you will make an A.

Pros: Very interesting class, and chances to learn a lot.
Cons: A lot of reading from the book is needed - and reading once doesn't help, so you have to read twice or even more.
If you're looking for an easy A grade, this isn't the course for you. There are three exams, all multiple-choice based questions. The exams are weighted heavily progressively. You need to read the book as a bare minimum, because questions on the exams are almost always out of the book, and his lectures supplement the book. If you've read the chapters carefully, and attended the lectures, it shouldn't be hard getting an A.

I Thought He was a VERY good professor, enjoyed his lectures....can ramble on at times but, over all every thing he covers in his lectures will prepare you for his test. And he doesn't penalize people for not showing up to class.

Dude is awesome! Very enthusiastic and pretty damn funny. Read the book before lecture I think so you can ask questions. Tests follow the book, and the bold letters are key in his book.

Pros: It's easy to make an A in ths class if you just read the book since he wrote it. I read it twice; once in between exams and once the night before the exam (courtesy of 5 hour energy drinks).
Cons: His lectures can be entertaining, but I find myself doing crosswords in every class I go to. He tries to make it interesting, but the subject material makes it really boring. All in all, I'd recommend taking this class.

Pros: Prof. Bond tries hard to make the material interesting, but doesn't quite make it happen. He puts up most of the notes he uses on the projector for you to copy down. His exams are very straightforward if you had a pulse while in class and also read the chapters from the book.
Cons: It's hard to pay attention in class, since the material is so boring.

Pros: No outside work besides reading the textbook (which he wrote).
Cons: The class is very boring, we had assigned seats, and he takes attendance (although it doesn't affect your grade). Sometimes he includes things in lecture that aren't in the book, so attendance is encouraged. Pretty reading-intensive class.

Shouldn't have ever gone to class, he only covers the book pretty much word for word but takes an hour to cover a page and leaves out needed details. Did not respect him very much at all and he's completely full of himself.

Cons: He is very longwinded, talks about a bunch of stuff in class and you really dont know what is important or what is going to be on the test. He gives notes in class but like I said he bores the crap out of you.
