Pros: She awesome. Since your not finc major she will help you as much as she can to pass you. Their is 3 test. Easy if you study the past exams. 12 quizzes. she drops 4. just do the hw and you will be fine with the quizzes. their is also a finance project. takes about 10 hrs. not hard at all. overall she is awesome. im probably gonna study finance in the future. take her if you can.

I hear she is much better than Galpin. Her notes are in a prepackaged copy corner package, and help for in class and studying a lot. She knows her stuff and loves to talk a little bit about what's going on in the market first thing sometimes. The 3 exams and cumulative final are all 25 mc questions, which is awesome. They can be tricky, especially the "which of the following is most true/most false", but use the notes and GO TO CLASS and you should be fine. The homework helps solidify what you learn in class, but is never turned in or graded. HW is the only thing I used the book for, but I think it was worth it. There is a quiz almost every week (12 total) but she drops the lowest 4, so it's not so bad. Unfortunately for 341, none of the quizzes are just attendance and there is never any curve (she says dropping 4 quizzes is the curve). Overall I enjoyed this class!

Pros: If you understand the math part of the class you'll pass! Quizzes are scheduled so you will know when you absolutely have to be there.

Cons: It's a large class so it is really hard to hear her sometimes and especially hard to focus when groups of people are whispering and moving around. She is also really boring sometimes and her tests are often over theory that is really hard to study for!

Pros: She's really into the topics that we cover and tries to persuade you not only to do your work, but to really understand what is going on with the topics and current events

Cons: Can be a tad monotone at times; overall a difficult class

Great professor for a tough course

Pros: An "A" is easily attainable if you keep up with the work.

GO TO CLASS or expect to rely fully on that crazy guy at 4.0 and go...which I had to do.

Take this prof! I dropped finc last semester after taking it with another prof, and this semester I am passing and might even get a B.

I thought she was a great prof. You have to study and actually learn the material, but she gives you enough information to understand.

Pros: She's a very nice teacher

Cons: I did not enjoy the material and there was never enough seats in her class.

her tests are ridic! and she if you dont get finance this class will eat ur lunch!
