I enjoy his class mainly because it's fun to hear his stories he tells that relate to the lecture. He's a fun old guy with lots of knowledge in his field.

Read for his class. Read for his class. Read for his class. You get what you make on your tests.

Pros: Don't have to go to class.
He's really nice.
Lectures are just his personal stories and reading from slides, which you don't have enough time to take notes or write it down so its pointless. GO TO A PLUS TUTORING and study his old tests and you will get a B. getting an A is a joke, unless you're a super genious. Biology is hard with any teacher. Get Kemp, he is nice and you don't have to go to class.
Cons: Class doesn't teach you a thing, don't go.
don't go to class. go to a plus tutoring (get a season pass) and study old tests. he uses the same questions.

Pros: Don't have to go to class, I never went because he would go so fast you couldn't get anything out of his lecture and half the time he told pointless stories; some of the questions on the tests are the exact ones from past tests
Cons: The tests were kind of difficult, even though I went to A+ tutoring. The worst part was actually the LAB, it was awful, and the practicals are impossible unless you know everything backwards and forwards.
Biology is hard no matter what unless you like it, Kemp wasn't awful but definitely not easy.

Pros: Tells a lot of stories and will tell you exactly how to pass his class. Nice guy, knows everything about biology but the material is really difficult and tests are tricky. He uses mostly questions off of old tests though, so find a test bank or a friend who had him!
Cons: Reads straight off powerpoints (which are not available online but basically straight from book).

Pros: He tells good stories
Cons: His test are insanely hard and sometimes he doesn't show up to class and you will sit there for 30 mins or more before some comes in to tell you.
I studied everyday, went to class took notes and bombed his test. Save yourself the trouble, skip class and get a season pass at A+. I don't know how anyone can pass that class without A+.

His lectures are straight from his slides that the book company gives him, but they are not posted. Does not typically test on his lectures but sometimes gives hints on what to focus on. I STRONGLY recommend A+ tutoring or getting a hold of his old tests because that is where all his test questions come from, not his lecture.

Cons: The powerpoints are word for word from the book, so going to class is a waste of time. You had to study every last detail because you didn't know what he was testing on. He was there when you needed help, but couldn't really help (if that makes any sense). He usually told random stories.
