Her exams were fairly easy and straitforward as she tell you exactly what to study beforehand. There is some out of class media veiwing which isnt that bad except some of the plays that you watch online are really boring. overall I would highly recommend her!

She rambles alot in class, but she gives you a review before each test with everything you need to know. You do not have to go to class, but she said she would give attendance quizzes. She never gave one to my class. She often cancels class.

She loves theater and you can tell, yet she is not one of those professors that feels everyone should live and breathe theater. It wasn't bad at all.

Pros: GREAT AVAILABILITY! EASY A! GIVES YOU THE ANSWERS TO THE TEST!
Cons: NONE
She is an amazing professor, if you have to take theatre make sure you take quackenbush! She gives you the outline to the test and basically the outline is the test so you dont need to buy the book! She is super nice and if you miss the test like you sleep in or something just let her know and she lets you make it up! over all she is amazing! She is always available to help and you never get bored in her class!

Pros: She was extremely passionate about theatre and tries to make the material interesting. You don't have to go to class to do well on the exams. She almost always cancelled Friday class and sometimes other classes too. Take this class!
Cons: The videos were boring, in my opinion.

Pros: Attendance quizzes, all you have to do is write your name. Awesome prof, you can tell she loves her job. Exams were easy, she gives you a study guide highlighted with the most important info.

Don't buy that stupid 120 dollar book. Wikipidia will serve the same purpose.
