The first test is a killer- but they get easier after that. At the reviews, he'll pretty much tell you what's on the test. He gets sidetracked on his stories... but they keep you awake! Just make sure you go to class!

He tends to get side tracked on stories pretty often. Sometimes it just gets annoying how often it is but sometimes they are funny and intersting stories.

Pros: Great professor, loves to tell stories. Knows a lot about meats but is vague on hitting the high points for the test so you just have to know everything. Over all, great prof recommended!
Cons: He goes off on his stories for long periods in class just to waste time. You never know what is going to be on the test.
