PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY

Pros: Gotta take it, it's an A-B-C class so he won't fail you if you try. TAs were helpful and compassionate, and you'd leave with a thicker skin and a much better appreciation for the major. Bowers is really exceptionally smart and knows his material... sometimes too well.
Cons: Review materials are useless for the test, he purposely will not include materials on review sheets or previous tests to test you on how well you understand quantum chemistry. Really hard without a math background. Bowers is sometimes too smart, so he sometimes doesn't understand when students are lost.
Definitely attend all sections and ask questions. He will help you if you ask. Quantum is hard, and he makes sure that you'll know it and understand it in the end.

Cons: Doesn't cover subjects in depth, if you don't know your calculus you're screwed
