She is a horrible teacher. For all you upcoming students having to take her class, WATCH OUT, her test are horrible. They don't test you on how you well you understand the material. All she test you on are specific terms or concepts of each process, and when I say specific, I mean specific. Like down to what receptors are on each structure. Worst teacher I have ever had. She shouldn't be teaching. And be prepared to have a different format for each test. My first test was "situational", like scenarios and having to answer questions. The next was multiple choice and then the third and fourth were fill in the blank and the final was essay. I love learning the material that we learned in this class but hated her teaching style and her inability to answer any questions that you have. She is never available in office hours, she never responds to emails, and she never responds to discussion questions on e-learning, and if she does answer questions on e-learning she tries to make you feel like an idiot for asking whatever you may ask. I hated this class so much and it wasn't because i was hard... it was because she doesn't know how to teach.

Pros: She keeps her lectures short which makes it easy to keep up with all of the lectures especially if you have a busy schedule.

Cons: Her quizzes contain a lot of random questions that aren't in her lectures, supplemental readings, or practice problems and she doesn't let you review your quizzes.

The class material is not difficult but her exams contain a lot of random information that she does not cover in her lectures. All of her quizzes are online and she doesn't let you review and of your wrong answers. I understand that she probably wants to prevent students from copying other students' quizzes but all of the questions are chosen randomly from a question bank. She wouldn't even allow me to come in during her office hours and see what questions I got wrong on one of my quizzes. I had watched all of the lectures and taken notes so I didn't think I got any questions wrong. This bothered me because I don't know what I need to focus my attention on when studying for the exam and if there is a problem with the grading system I could have answered the questions correctly and still got them wrong.

Horrible teacher!! I'd say to stay away but she is the only teacher that teaches the class.. : ( Poorly written exams and power points!! Test question are very tricky!!She is not helpful when you go to her for help!
