Great teacher! By far the best I have had at UF! this is a difficult subject, he gives you the basis to learn but you have to put a lot of work into it!

Pros: He's really interesting and good at what he does, I really enjoyed having him as a professor and learning from him. He's also really helpful outside of class on discussion boards and in office hours.
Cons: His tests are really hard. You really have to study a lot to do well in his class and have to teach yourself a lot of the material

I wouldn't take him if you're trying to get an A. He is the only teacher in which I have ever received below a B+.

i would avoid him if you just want a good grade, if you want to struggle and learn orgo then go for it.

Cons: Exams are very difficult! Requires a lot of studying, but it is organic chemistry..
