Indian, can't speak english, tests have unimportant information on them that one would not expect to have to memorize.

Pros: The extra credit were added to your final grade in the class.

The lectures are power points every time so if you like to have those in advance then you can access them whenever.
Cons: She has a thick accent which can make it difficult to understand.
The class can get boring because she reads off the slides, but it's worth going to class for the random extra credit she will give out on some days.

Cons: her explanations aren't very clear and she's not very interactive with the class
