Overall Reed was an excellent teacher. I thought he was going to be very boring at the beginning of the semester, but he found a way to make even securities regulations interesting with his witty remarks. The class is pretty much nothing but reading and listening to his lectures, but they're not bad. The only downside is the final being worth 40% of the grade. With 80 questions, every two questions you miss knocks your final grade down one point....make sure you study for that one.

Pros: Excellent teacher. Reed is very knowledgable and you will learn a lot about the law from a business perspective. He's also a pretty good guy. If you read, go to class, and study, there is no reason not to make an A.
Cons: Class can get very dry and boring, though that is inherent in the material, not necessarily the teacher. Also, you have to read and study a good bit to get an A.
Two 30% midterms and a comprehensive final worth 40%. Study and read and you will no doubt make an A. If you don't, however, you could find yourself in the C-range.

Pros: Material can be interesting, especially when he throws in movie clips and news articles.
Cons: SO HARD. The other teacher is MUCH easier and works with you. There is no homework, no quizzes, and no study guide or anything to help you. Just powerpoint slides that aren't even completed.

Pros: Really awesome teacher. In class he doesn't really stray away from the power points but every once in a while will go over old court cases. Attendance is not mandatory or really necessary. Tests come straight from the powerpoint slides.

Pros: I found this class extremely interesting and if you study you should do really well. The slides basically cover everything in the book, however I recommend that you have and reference the book when you need it. He is very smart and well spoken. Gives great examples that relate the material to real life situations. I definitely recommend this class!

Pros: He has a very dry sense of humor. If you pay careful attention then he is a really funny guy.
Very knowledgeable.
Gives good examples in the real world that tie in with the material.
Cons: The tests are somewhat difficult.
I made an A by reading the chapters before we went over them in class... it really makes a difference.
