first things first: DON'T BUY THE BOOK. the only thing it's good for is the hazard city CD-ROM which is used about 3 times for the online homework assignments. speaking of, those bas boys are annoying! but with time, relatively easy. pop quizzes are only 5 questions, pretty easy. over all, the class is easy to pass considered you study.

Pros: Easy extra credit assignment that boosts grade up to 5%, light homework load, final is not cumulative.
Cons: Boring lecture, 3 pop quizzes throughout semester.
Steve is a good teacher that makes the class relatively easy. I wouldn't call the class an easy A because the tests are difficult. You really need to study the notes a lot for the exams. The extra credit is a great grade boost, homework is easy, and a writing assignment worth 9% of our grade was pretty easy.

Pretty easy class. But don't let the nickname "Rocks 4 Jocks" fool you. You will need to go to lecture and study to get an A in the class. But it was one of the easiest classes that I've taken at U of I so far.

Pros: Great public speaker and personality. Makes lecture bearable.
Cons: There's a lot of information on common knowledge, so you can miss some new details if you don't pay close attention.
Overall great class.

Pros: Not much work load, easy A, takes a few minutes of the class telling jokes and showing funny transparencies.
Cons: ...a little bit boring
Don't buy textbook - it will be a waste of money

He's an interesting teacher and says corny jokes in class, I loved them! He makes class interesting. Take good notes in class or else you won't be ready for the tests.
