This is one of the most horrible, boring, and confusing classes I've ever taken. I am a Junior PS major and he actually managed to confuse me about USPolitics. Take any other professor available. Too much work for very little reward. He is also extremely condescending and you can expect to be greeted nearly every day with "You're killing me people!"
