This teacher is very lenient with grades, and gives quite an opportunity for students who did quite bad on the exams this semester (Fall 2009) by replacing the lowest exam with the final exam's percentage. He also explains the subject matter thoroughly and easily understood by students. He sometimes can be humorous with math, and his class is enjoyable

MATH 220 - Calculus

New professor to the U of I, previously taught at another university. Exams are very long for only a 50 minutes. Allows students to drop 2-3 low quiz scores but exam and final grades are NOT curved AT ALL.
