Easy class and a good teacher. Tests were multiple choice and he gives you a study guide. Quizzes are open book and online. The TA gave us one pop quiz but it was used as extra credit. We had two papers and one was a court visit but they were both easy. There was a presentation in discussion but it was simple.

Interesting lectures, great stories. There's a lot of work for the class, especially considering that this class is often viewed as a simple core course.

Pros: He tries to keep the class interesting, but it usually doesn't work. Sitting in the front helps a lot. He swears by the syllabus and sends its out pretty early so you cant be on task and prepare for assignments.
He usually provides a very helpful study guide before test.
Cons: He's your typical lecture hall professor: not the most interesting person in the world, but he knows what he's talking about.
Your grade depends on your TA

Pros: Easy Class, Easy A
Cons: Class is boring. Discussion is Mandatory
You will get an A in this class if you breathe oxygen. Professor has a voice that will put you to sleep. Never went to lecture, always to discussion because of attendance policy. Two papers, one requiring you to go to court. Kind of annoying but still easy A papers.
