Pros: The syllabus is straightforward.
Explains the value of the material.
Enjoys his job.
Willing to help students outside of office hours (unless you're asking a syllabus question)
Cons: Lots of material on each test.
Overall enjoyed the class. Never really thought about this area of study. On the tests you either know what you're doing or you don't, they're fair. Lectures get long, but are necessary to attend.

Pros: Quizzes are easy points
Can make up one exam at the end of the semester or take a cumulative final and have that grade replace all of your other tests
Cons: doesn't teach, just tells stories that relate to the topic and reads his powerpoint slides
homework is very difficult because the book doesn't tell you how to do every problem
