Caddell teaches a fascinating class and is actually easy if you simply do the work (which were 2 papers and 2 exams). Definitely take his class, it will boost your GPA, you will have a great time going to it (even though you don't have to attend anything but the exams), and will learn about a lot from an experienced and knowledgeable professor.

Pros: Professor Caddell is a very engaging teacher and makes the class interesting. He will work with you to help you and is very lenient.
Cons: His lectures overlap too much.

The midterm was a take-home essay and 5 identifications in class that took 20 minutes. The final exam is the same except the essay is NOT take-home

Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Is in his office a great deal of time and always willing to talk to students and offer advice etc for class, life, papers, whatever. If you seek his help he will help you get a good grade in his classes.

Pros: -makes class interesting

-fair grader

-easy going, laid back guy

Cons: -speaks really fast

-course tries to cover too much material

Caddell is an all around awesome guy! You can't help but love him and love this class. many people didn't even go to class, which is a shame because it is VERY interesting and he usually tells a few anecdotes from his life that are pretty funny. He is extremely knowledgeable about the material and really enjoys teaching it. Overall this was my easiest and most enjoyed class of the semester. I would highly recommend it!

Pros: awesome storyteller, you really don't have to read the books he assigns, you probably won't use them except to plan your essays for the final, yes he gives you a list of potential essays
Cons: idk......he's a slow grader
do you want an easy B, take him, do you want an A, just work a little bit, write stellar essays and your set, his class has four grades, 2 papers and 2 tests
