PSY 301
INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY
3***
Has notes online. Notes online very helpful. Lectures given in class are difficult to keep up with. Professor tends to wonder off subject frequently during lecture.

PSY 301
INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY
5*****
Pros: He has all his lecture/reading notes online so there's no need for the textbook.

He's pretty interesting and funny.
Cons: He tells a lot of stories that somehow relate to the lecture but if you're not paying attention, you have no idea where it fits in and whether or not to take those notes.

He's kind of "dirty" in some of his jokes.
The projects are really just research participation things that are required by the department. They take about an hour to do, each. Salinas knows his stuff and he's really interesting. I recommend him.

PSY 301
INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY
5*****
Pros: This was by far the easiest class I have taken at UT by far! I went to class 4 times, just to take the exams. He posts all of his material word-for-word online and if you just read that before the tests, you'll be fine! I ended up with a 97 in the class. He loves Dr. Pepper, too!
Cons: The experiments you have to complete are sort of pesky, but you only have to do 3 that are not online and they usually don't take the whole hour.

INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY

Pros: Awesome teacher, great person. He is there for the students and loves to see you succeed. In general, he is what a teacher should be.
Cons: He is really easy going about disruptions in class. Every day about half the class would leave only 30min into the lecture. He never said anything and just kept lecturing. To me that is extremely disrespectful towards the professor and I almost felt like saying something for him!

Pros: funny guy and tells random hilarious stories about his life.
Cons: gets off topic a lot, i ended up skipping a lot of his classes because he has stuff online that you could just look at and go over yourself. however, the tests were kinda weird for me..ended up with a b in the class but it wasn't hard.
