I loved listening to his lectures. He knows everything about marketing. TAKE GOOD NOTES because his tests are based solely off the lectures and nothing else. Don't even buy the book because it doesn't really help and he even told us the first day of class we won't be using it much. Tests are tough but just show up and take good notes and you should be fine.

Pros: Like the style of class; Traditional Lecture... Tells you what is important for tests and what is not. Explains topics well with relative "real-life" examples. Shows excitement when teaching to keep students interested.
Cons: Can sometimes get off-topic during lectures with side-stories but still always seems to finish material for the day.
Good teacher... Would recommend taking for MKTG 301

Pros: He is very good at lecturing and knows a lot about the subject. The exams are always curved.
Cons: Coming to every class is very important, he doesn't use slides or post anything online.
There are three tests (including the final) and a couple of extra credit opportunities. The class is interesting and the material is pretty easy if you study. I definitely recommend Myers.

Essay Portions account for 50% of each test
Attend every class and write down whatever he puts on the board, if you study that and read the required pages you'll do great.
