MUHL 3304
History of Jazz (Online only)
5*****
Pros: He is a good professor, knowledgeable and really loves what he does. You can really tell that music is his passion and the flex-credit is a great opportunity as long as you take advantage of it. There is no reason why you shouldn't get at least a B in this class
Cons: attendance is taken and it can get a little boring sometimes. Test are every other week, or every two weeks, and they are only open for 2 days.

MUHL 3304
History of Jazz (Online only)
5*****
Pros: Lots of technology in class. Tests are online and can be taken unlimited times. He is open to suggestions and uses them every year. Point based system (300 pts is an A) and he offers up to 120 extra credit points. 4 tests 50pts each and 4 quizzes for 20pts each and several little pre-lecture "pop" quizzes for 10pts each its an easy a.
Cons: Clicker based mandatory attendance system. if you forget your clicker you may stand in line to have your attendance counted but dont expect to be on time for your next class.

MUHL 3304
History of Jazz (Online only)
5*****
Pros: He gives out a LOT of extra credit. I took this for my visual and preforming arts class and recommend it to everyone. I knew nothing about jazz or music history but I enjoyed the class. All tests and quizzes are on blackboard, which means you can take the tests with friends. If you miss class, just make sure to do an extra credit opportunity to make up for it which can be up to 15 points. Everyone is capable of making an A if you do well on your tests and go to class for the most part.
Cons: None.
