ANTH 5
INTRO PHYSICAL ANTH
2**
Very hard to hear what she is saying in lecture, because English was not her first language. She goes over easy problems in class, but once you try and do them on your own, you struggle because you have only done very easy problems with her in lecture.

ANTH 5
INTRO PHYSICAL ANTH
1*
Pros: Barely any work outside class other than reading

GE credit
Cons: Horrible Lecturer

Tests are extremely difficult

Does not curve the exams

Only exams are Midterm and Final

Homework extremely easy

He does not curve the tests and yet the whole class average was an F on the midterm. Basically failing the whole class. I was above the average and yet my grade is still a D. The TAs do not seem to know the information either when you ask a question, especially when asking to explain the midterm.

4****
Pros: Lecture are interesting if you like learning about the scientific and evolutionary perspective of humans. He is well spoken and his presentation are well done with powerpoints.
Cons: Some ideas are hard to grasp if you miss the lecture and the T.A.'s are not the greatest helping tools.
The final is not that difficult but the midterm was surprisingly more of a challenge than expected.
