I took Personal Development with Phil Gilbreath online. This course was extremely easy. The only thing the class is graded on are 5 "modules" that are to help with creating a resume, interview skills, etc. They get more lengthy every time, so be ware of that- don't wait until the last minute for modules 3, 4, or 5. You don't really need the book- I've never picked it up. I just read what others say on the discussion boards and post similar to their responses. If you mess up an assignment, you can e-mail him and he will let you redo the assignment that you are unhappy with. I have never made a single grade lower than an A in this class and I have hardly put any effort into it. You can learn if you want to put effort into it; but if you want an easy upper-level elective, this is the class to take. Not to mention you never have to wake up at 7:00 to get to campus and sit through a boring lecture- you can do it at your own leisure.
