AHRM 2404 - Consumer Rights
Overall, Dr. Fisher is a great professor. While her class is easy, you will learn a lot.
Pros: -Class is really easy. The material is not hard to learn.
-She gives you study guides. As long as you study the study guides prior to each exam, you're guaranteed to make an A on the exam.
-She gives extra credit throughout the semester, and if you do all the extra credit, you can get an additional 1.5 points on your final grade
-Very straightforward course
Cons: -She cancels class once a week, but the class is so easy that it might as well be 100% online.
-Uses way too many videos.

AHRM 2404 - Consumer Rights
Pros: The class is really easy, she just reads from powerpoint slides and as long as you copy everything down, that is exactly whats going to be on the test.
Cons: It is a really boring class and she occasionally gives in class assignments so you normally have to go and if you miss a few it hurts your grade a lot. She drops your lowest test grade though.

Pros: -Easiest online course at Tech

-One quiz due each week

-Don't need the textbook

-Very easy/ understandable material

Cons: -Can't get ahead. She opens quizzes each week for 3 days.

-Powerpoints put you to sleep.

Easily the most tolerable and easiest online class at VT. Requires minimal work (far less than music app). Don't need the textbook and can just listen to the youtube powerpoints. Some of the materials' accuracy is questionable... what she claims is different than what I have learned in upper level classes. Overall, great gpa booster and easy A.

Pros: Pretty boring material, but easy if you pay attention
Cons: You can't skip any classes because there is always attendance done by iClickers or by in class assignments, but if you do go you will have a great leg up for getting all those points.
Boring but required for a lot of majors so go to every class so that you will get all the attendance points.

Pros: Super easy when taken online
Cons: Super boring material
I'm taking this online currently and the class basically consists of a weekly quiz and 3 homework assignments spread over the whole semester. All you have to do is watch the powerpoint video and take notes and then take the quizzes. I use the textbook moderately. I've put in probably one hour per week into this class and I have an A, take it if you need a GPA boosting class.

Clickers are used to track attendance so you loose points if you miss class or show up late but as long as you go to class it's easy participation points. The lectures are sometimes a little boring but she adds videos every once in a while. She also gives you the opportunity to share a consumer rights current issue for extra credit.

Pros: Take this class online. It's an easy hour once a week, and if you just listen to the online presentations she does and take notes on that, your almost guaranteed a 9/10 on that weeks quiz

Boring, dry class. Tests are straight from her notes though-- the book is confusing and in my opinion rather pointless and confusing. Go to class-- she gives at least one in class assignment a day. Extra credit opportunities-- also drops the lowest test grade. Not very interesting material but she's nice and the tests aren't bad at all!

Pros: Actually interesting material.. can use later in life (credit scores, how not to get ripped off, etc.)

EASIEST TEST YOU WILL TAKE IN COLLEGE.
Cons: Have to go to class to get points because attendance worth 1 exam grade... but on the bright side it's an easy A just DONT SKIP

Pros: Very nice and very fair. Easy A if you go to class and do your assignments.
Cons: You do need to go to every class, it's the only way to get the info.
Go to every class. If you do, the exams will be pretty easy. I'd recommend reading the book too because she will pull stats or other info from it that she doesn't mention in class. Her tests have specific questions, like "who wrote the book on this topic in this year?" but if you go to class you'll know what she means. She is so nice, and the info is useful. Surprisingly I liked this class, even though the topics are dry.

Pros: -all online (except exams)

-quizzes and exams are straightforward

-grades quickly
Cons: have to go in for exams
Professor Fisher is one of the nicest professors and really helps you understand the material. Her lectures are straight forward and the content is directly correlated on quizzes and exams. I’d read the textbook weekly because some questions come straight from there and aren’t included in her online lecture. Overall, easy class if you put in the effort!

Pros: tests straight from notes
Cons: Boring, takes attendance
This class should really be online it's so easy. The information was boring, the only interesting part was the occasional video thrown in. Go to class and pay attention because she does in class assignments which can hurt your grade if you miss a lot. She also doesn't post lecture slides or notes. It's not worth buying the book, there are maybe 1-2 questions per test from the book.

Pros: tests are word for word from the notes and she posts a study guide telling you exactly what to look over
Cons: can be extremely boring, i stopped going after the second exam because the rest of the notes were posted on here and i could take the weekly quizzes using those notes. sometimes the quizzes will ask a question on a video she shows in class, but most of it is straight from the notes

Pros: in-class assignments are for extra credit so go to class. you only have 5 grades though so if you mess up on one test it sucks.
Cons: Even if you have a legit reason to miss your last exam she forces you to take a 7:45 AM cumaltive final to make it up.
