Intro Discrete Math

## Description:

Emphasis on topics relevant to computer science. Topics include logic, propositional calculus, set theory, relations, functions, mathematical induction, elementary number theory and Boolean algebra. Does not carry credit for mathematics majors, but may be used as though it were a 3000-level elective course for the mathematics minor. Partially duplicates 3034. Two units of high school algebra, one unit of geometry, one-half unit each of trigonometry and precalculus mathematics required.
